My lease is in Turkish and the flat is not in my name. Is that a problem?
No. A Turkish lease is fine. Have your passport ready plus one document that ties you to the flat: the lease, your ikamet (residence permit) card, a utility bill or an e-Devlet residence record. Guests in a holiday let can show the booking and a message from the host.
My flat stood empty all winter and now the lock is stiff. What should I do?
